Thanks Shahina for taking this up and taking the trouble to talk to the witnesses. The Kerala media and the public -- Hindus, Christians and Muslims alike, except some who did not mind getting termed "fundamentalists" -- seemed to take Madani's Kudaku visit for granted. And there were movies like Anwar that gave a second judgment on Coimbatore blasts.

ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍: ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ സ്‌ഫോടന പരമ്പര കേസില്‍ പി.ഡി.പി. ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ അബ്ദുന്നാസര്‍ മഅദനിക്കെതിരായ സാക്ഷികളെ സ്വാധീനിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചെന്നാരോപിച്ച് മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകയടക്കം അഞ്ചുപേര്‍ക്കെതിരെ കര്‍ണാടക പോലീസ് കേസെടുത്ത് അന്വേഷണം തുടങ്ങി. ഏഷ്യാനെറ്റ് ന്യൂസിന്റെ മുന്‍ ലേഖികയും ഇപ്പോള്‍ തെഹല്‍ക മാസികയുടെ കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രതിനിധിയുമായ ഷാഹിനയ്ക്കും കണ്ടാലറിയാവുന്ന മറ്റു നാലു പേര്‍ക്കുമെതിരെയുമാണ് കേസ് എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഐ.പി.സി. 506-ാം വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ചാണ് കേസ് റജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്.
മഅദനിയെ ലക്കേരി എസ്റ്റേറ്റില്‍ ലഷ്‌കര്‍-ഇ-തൊയ്ബ ദക്ഷിണേന്ത്യന്‍ കമാന്‍ഡറും ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ സ്‌ഫോടനക്കേസിലെ ഒന്നാം പ്രതിയുമായ തടിന്‍റവിട നസീര്‍ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച തീവ്രവാദ ക്യാമ്പില്‍ കണ്ടെന്ന് മജിസ്‌ട്രേറ്റിനുമുന്നില്‍ മൊഴി കൊടുത്ത രണ്ടു പേരിലൊരാളായ റഫീഖിനെയും എസ്റ്റേറ്റില്‍ നടന്ന തെളിവെടുപ്പില്‍ മഅദനിയെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞ യോഗാനന്ദയെയും ഷാഹിനയും സംഘവും ചേര്‍ന്ന് ഭീഷണിപ്പെടുത്തി സ്വാധീനിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചുവെന്നാണ് കേസ്.
സേ്ഫാടനക്കേസില്‍ 32-ാം പ്രതിയായി ഇപ്പോള്‍ ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ പരപ്പരന അഗ്രഹാര ജയിലില്‍ കഴിയുന്ന മഅദനിക്കെതിരെയുള്ള നിര്‍ണായക സാക്ഷികളാണ് ഇരുവരും. കുടക് ജില്ലയിലെ സോമവാര്‍പേട്ട് പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനില്‍ ക്രൈം നമ്പര്‍ 199/2010, സിദ്ധാപുര്‍ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനില്‍ 241/2010 എന്നിങ്ങനെ രണ്ട് കേസുകളാണ് രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. റഫിഖിന്റെയും യോഗാനന്ദയുടെയും വീടുകള്‍ ഈ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനുകളുടെ പരിധിയിലാണ് വരുന്നത്.
ഒപ്പമുണ്ടായിരുന്ന നാലുപേര്‍ കാസര്‍കോട് ജില്ലയില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള പി.ഡി.പി. പ്രവര്‍ത്തകരാണെന്ന് സംശയമുണ്ടെന്ന് ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ സിറ്റി പോലീസിലെ ഒരു ഉന്നത ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. ഇവരെ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള അന്വേഷണം നടന്നുവരികയാണെന്ന് കുടക് ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് സൂപ്രണ്ട് മഞ്ചുനാഥ് 'മാതൃഭൂമി'യോടു പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല്‍ സാക്ഷികളുടെ പരാതി പ്രകാരമാണോ കേസെടുത്തതെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കാന്‍ അദ്ദേഹം തയ്യാറായില്ല. സേ്ഫാടനപരമ്പരക്കേസിന്റെ വിചാരണ ഒരു മാസത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ ബാംഗ്ലൂരിലെ പ്രത്യേക കോടതിയില്‍ തുടങ്ങാനിരിക്കെയാണ് സാക്ഷികളെ സ്വാധീനിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചുവെന്ന ആരോപണം ഉയര്‍ന്നുവന്നിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്നത് ശ്രദ്ധേയമാണ്.

another Madani friend, Madani was involved in Bomb Blasts and other anti-national activities. If he is caught its for good. The methods may be anything but results matter especially in the case of national interest
kunthampattani, the case is going on. Madani was refused bail. He may stay in Jail for a few more years and they may release him saying there is no evidence against him.
The Mindset, in case you did not understand, this post was about something called Indian constitution. If you don't care about that, thanks for openly declaring yourself an anti-national element.
